ANT 380 - Applying Anthropology

Tracing of the history of applied anthropology and questioning how anthropologists have utilized their knowledge and research techniques outside the context of the academy. Grappling with the ethical issues faced by these anthropologists and asking how they have dealt with them. Critique of applied anthropology as it has been done in the past and consideration of the prospects for its future.
