MGT 415 - Cross-Cultural Management 3-0-3
The course is designed to prepare you to lead and collaborate with people from different cultures. To succeed in today’s international business environment, a global leader requires intercultural knowledge, moment-to-moment awareness of cultural behavior and behavioral adaptability. This course will provide a practical, research-based framework that will provide insight into the differences in the way different cultures perceive, think, feel, and behave. This newly acquired cross-cultural skillset will not only assure success in overseas assignments but also enable effective management of a participation in culturally diverse teams.
