ECO 440 - International Economics and Finance 3-0-3
(See FIN 440.) This course is designed first to provide a broad background on the international business environment and then focus on financial challenges faced by multinational corporations. Topics include the theory of comparative advantage, trade and welfare, international flow of funds, foreign exchange markets, exchange rate determination and government influence, international parity conditions, currency derivatives, exchange rate risk management, multinational capital budgeting, and financing/investment decisions in the global marketplace.
