POL 325 - Global Environmental Politics

Examination of the political dimensions of transboundary environmental problems.  Emphasis on contending theoretical perspectives and national, regional, and global political responses to specific environmental challenges, including climate change, ozone depletion, biodiversity, and pollution, as well as environmental security and environmental justice issues.
