Examines major theoretical and policy debates over global governance and international law. Considers multiple perspectives on the role of international law, regimes and norms, and international organizations (IGO’s and NGO’s) in managing today’s most pressing global challenges, including matters of war and peace, trade and economic development, human rights, and the environment.
