KIN 255 - Governance and Policy in Sport

An examination of how sport organizations comply with policies and address issues that influence a manager’s ability to plan, organize, lead, and control. An emphasis will be placed on topics such as decision-making, internal and external analysis, ethics and social responsibility, organizational structure, motivation, individual differences, group dynamics, and organizational change to fully understand how organizations gain a competitive advantage over time.
