MGT 303 - Organizational Creativity

The course explores the multi-level structure of creativity in organizations where creativity takes place at the individual level, the group level, and the organizational level. This course will also venture beyond theoretical frameworks and will engage students directly with experiential exercises and practical applications to enable students to transfer the knowledge they study in class into their everyday entrepreneurial and creative organizational endeavors.
PR: MGT 301 or CRT 101 or ENT 200 .
