ESS 355 - Environmental Anthropology

Introduction to human/enrvironmetal interface from various anthropological perspectives.  Exploration of environmental issues as they affect people around the world, including human relationships with their natural environments, cultural/indigenous ecological knowledge, environmental governance, and subsistence strategies.  Includes field activities outside the classroom.
