MGT 301 - Principles of Management

Principles of Management introduces students to the fundamental concepts and practices of managing organizations. Topics include planning, leading, and controlling, with an emphasis on decision-making, teamwork, and leadership in various business environments. Students will develop foundational skills and analytic tools necessary to manage resources and lead diverse teams.
