EDU 711 - Supervision and Mentoring in School Settings

Examine and study effective supervisory practices that support teacher retention through the use of mentoring and coaching in the school setting. Investigate the impacts of peer mentoring, teacher induction, and instructional coaching on the school culture and teacher efficacy. Field experience may be required for this course.
