Requirements: 22 hours at the 300-level and above

Intermediate Level Proficiency, French
Intermediate-level ability in French demonstrated by satisfactory completion of FRE 200 or higher, or by proficiency testing and a combination of the following:
Advanced Requirements: 22 hours *
- FRE 406 - Senior Project 1 credit hour
- Plus 21 hours of 300-400-level French courses taken at Berry College and/or as part of an approved study abroad program in a French-speaking country. The French adviser, World Languages Department Chair, and International Experiences director will work with students to tailor a beneficial study abroad experience if appropriate.
Note:
*For students pursing a secondary education major that requires FLA 400 , that course does not count as one of the advanced required elective courses for the FRE major. |
