Environmental Sciences Major Requirements (76 hours):
Each student must complete the core requirements listed below, the appropriate elective courses, and the designated courses for one area of concentration.
Core Requirements (33 hours):
Directed Electives (Choose 8 hours based on the conectration)
Biology, Chemistry, and Geosciences Concentration Electives (8 hours):
Public Policy Concentration Electives (8 hours):

Each area of concentration is offered and administered by an individual department or a group of departments working jointly. Each area of concentration requires at least 18 hours, but not more than 27 hours. Concentration Requirements (27 hours):
Plus a minimum of 15 hours of BIO at the 200 level or above.
The electives may include up to two courses from the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory or at the Highlands Biological Station (see Biology Major ). |
