KIN 462 - Sport Leadership and Strategy

This capstone course integrates the theories and concepts that were presented in previous coursework to address the issues that confront sport organizations as they attempt to gain and sustain a competitive advantage.  Students will be asked to think critically in defining problems, formulating potential solutions, and communicating recommendations for action.  As a result, the course takes both an analytical and intuitive approach to leadership, strategic management, and organizational change.
